Parents behave like ‘feral cats' according to a police community support officer tasked with deterring dangerous parking during the school run in Cambridgeshire.

Catty comments, contained in an email to residents, are not surprising as PCSO Jonathan Hall is a former RSPCA inspector. He compared the task of policing roads outside schools to “a game of cat and mouse” as parents seek avoid receiving a parking ticket for parking on prohibited stretches of road.
