Lewis Johnson has been named Smart Parking’s new head of technology for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. 

Johnson was previously technology and data lead in Westminster City Council’s Parking Service. At the council he was responsible for defining the technology used to manage the kerbside in what is Europe’s largest parking authority.
