Portsmouth seizes Blue Badge abusers’ cars in major swoop

Portsmouth City Council seized four cars and confiscated eight Blue Badges during a two-day operation to target fine evaders and disabled badge abusers.

Two of the removed vehicles related to cases where badge abuse was identified, after it was established that the badge holders were absent.
