An NSL civil enforcement officer (CEO) who works on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has received a Borough Commanders’ award from the Metropolitan Police.
The CEO, only identified as ‘Joseph’, received the award for an act of bravery and selflessness. When witnessing a violent attack on a woman, Joseph intervened and the offender was arrested.
