Parking charge review may attract shoppers back to Wolverhampton

Car park operator NCP is to review parking charges across its Wolverhampton sites to encourage more people into the city centre. NCP, in association with city centre partnership organisation WV One, is to cut the cost of parking at the 570-space Wulfrun shopping centre car park. 

All-day parking charges at the Wulfrun centre will drop from £8.10 to £3.50 to park all day, while an early bird rate, which allows for 12 hours parking for those arriving between 6.30am and 9.30am,...
