Man jailed for three years by Cardiff court over parking row

A charity worker has been jailed for three years for breaking a man’s arm with a scaffolding pole in an argument about parking (PR Oct). 

Andrew Chamberlain hit Daniel Morgan with the 4ft pole, because he had parked near his home in Blackwood, Caerphilly.
