Two Northern Irish traffic attendants (TAs) helped extinguish a car fire on the streets of Derry/LondonDerry on 1 September.
TAs Tommy Robinson and Davy Thompson both work for NSL as part of its contract with the Roads Service Northern Ireland.
Robinson was on Pump Street when he spotted that a motorist had opened his car bonnet to a plume of smoke. Flames rapidly engulfed the front of the vehicle, so he ran into a shop borrowed a fire extinguisher and put out the blaze.
