Winchester extends PayByPhone relationship

Winchester City Council has extended PayByPhone’s mobile payment contract for its off-street car parks for a further three years.

Winchester introduced mobile payment for motorists in 2008 using the PayByPhone system. Over 50,000 people have signed up to use PayByPhone in Winchester and the service now forms an important part of the city’s parking strategy.
