Mouchel Traffic Support’s new web-based parking solution has helped the company win major contracts with Medway Council and the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Medway’s six-year deal with Mouchel, which will be implemented in early 2014, includes penalty charge notice (PCN) enforcement, appeals and permits.
