Scottish Borders tackle obstruction

A new strategy for tackling vehicles causing obstructions on roads, car parks, verges and lay-bys has been unveiled by Scottish Borders Council.The council regularly receives complaints about the parking of caravans, horseboxes and trailers. Past efforts to trace owners with letters requesting a vehicle be removed have had limited success.
