Brent, Hounslow and Ealing agree £7m-a-year contract with Serco

Three west London boroughs have launched a joint parking service in a bid to make substantial savings. Hounslow, Brent and Ealing have appointed government services outsourcing group Serco to run a range of parking services under a five-year contract with the option to extend for a further five years. The contract starts from July and will be phased in across the three boroughs.
