Combined phone and ANPR trialed at Bexley rail

The London Borough of Bexley is phasing out the use of parking meters in favour of phone parking. It is now set to trialling a combination of phone and ANPR controls at a car park next Bexley rail station.

BemroseBooth Mobile, provider of the Phone and Pay system used in the borough, is working with Creative Parking to install an ANPR system which monitors the car park. Motorists can choose to either pay using the phone service or at a?pay & display machine.
