Lambeth allows nurses to park on yellow lines

District nurses and health professionals can now park on single yellow lines in Lambeth, after an agreement was struck with the council and St Thomas’ Hospital. In the new arrangement with the NHS trust nurses and health care professionals can now park on single yellow lines for up to two hours.

Previously, community health staff carrying out visits in Lambeth were given a parking permit, which only allowed them to park in pay & display bays without paying a fee.
