Motorway services operator Moto is employing Verrus PayByPhone to verify if heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) are paying the correct charge while parked at motorway services.
Operator CP Plus, which manages the Moto network, can access the DVLA database through the PayByPhone service to check vehicle information.
