Lincoln re-think over charging disabled drivers

City of Lincoln Council has agreed to review its decision to charge blue badge holders for parking after a legal challenge by a disabled driver. Matt Smith, who has cerebral palsy, was preparing to take his challenge to the High Court in April, arguing that the charges were unlawful.
