Van hire for West End car club members

Westminster City Council is extending its car club scheme to include vans and delivery vehicles. The scheme is a joint venture with car club operator Zipcar. Initially two Volkswagen ‘Caddy’ style vans will be available, one in the north and one in the south of the city, with further delivery vehicles introduced should the scheme prove successful.

Members are charged under a pay-as-you-go style tariff, with hourly rates starting at £5.95 for vans.
