There has been a fall of 130,000 in penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued in Westminster over the past year, according to new council figures. This represents a 15% reduction in PCNs issued, down from 816,684 to 686,310 and equivalent to £9.1m, which after costs have been taken out would be worth just over £2.2m in lost revenue.
