Islington appoints residents' parking advocate

New post tackles parking issues

A ‘parking advocate’ with the power to cancel parking tickets has been hired by the London Borough of Islington. Karen Naylor can also recommend changes to Islington’s parking policies.

She previously spent 10 years in principal customer services at Manchester City Council’s Parking Services.
