Barrister in pavement parking appeal cas

A barrister is claiming that his motorcycle is immune to parking tickets because its wheels do not touch the ground when parked. Clive Wolman told three Court of Appeal judges last month that his 50cc Suzuki should not be subject to parking restrictions when parked outside his home in Islington.
