A barrister who argued that his motorcycle was exempt from parking regulations because its wheels did not touch the ground has been defeated in the Court of Appeal.
Clive Wolman had gone to court to prove that his 500cc Suzuki motorcycle did not break the law under the London Authorities Act 2000 (PR August ).
