‘Give DVLA power to tackle fine evaders,’ say SPARKS

Giving the DVLA new powers under the Local Transport Bill would help crack down on foreign registered vehicles which evade parking and other penalties, says the SPARKS Programme.

SPARKS is an initiative of the London Enforcement Taskforce that brings together local traffic enforcement authorities in the UK and other EU member states to resolve the issue of cross border enforcement of civil traffic violations.
