An apartment development in Slough has been refused planning permission because of the potential for parking disputes between residents and local office workers.
Developer Columbia Threadneedle Portfolio Services had wanted to build 36 apartments on the site of the Phoenix One office block in the Berkshire town.
The plans showed 92 parking spaces, including seven disabled bays, three electric charging vehicle spaces and 95 cycle parking spaces.
