Consultant Arup is allowing its 6,000 UK staff to split their work hours between the office and home on a permanent basis. The ‘Work Unbound’ model will allow Arup employees to pick their hours flexibly over the week, only requiring them to spend two days a week in the office.
Staff can choose to work some of their contracted hours over a weekend rather than solely across the traditional working week.
