Average speed cameras installed on the A90 between Dundee and Stonehaven have led to a massive improvement in speed limit compliance, according to data released by Transport Scotland. The Jenoptik SPECS3 VECTOR system, covering a 51.5-mile section of the road, became operational on the 31 October last year.
