NORTHAMPSHIRE COUNTY Council is to commission a business case into a social enterprise model for delivering specialist transport.
The idea has grown out of the county’s Government-funded Total Transport project, which is exploring new ways to provide specialist road-based passenger transport services to access schools, education, healthcare and employment.
