Winchester sites receive Disabled Parking Award

Winchester City Council is the first local authority in the south of England to receive the Disabled Parking Accreditation (DPA). The accreditation covers four car parks – Jewry Street, Middle Brook Street, Tower Street and South Winchester Park & Ride.
