The City of Edinburgh Council is to pilot on-street electric vehicle charge points in a high-density residential area. Five two-headed charge points will be installed in the Marchmont/Sciennes area south of the city centre. Each will be adjacent to two parking bays reserved for plug-in electric vehicles, with two of the ten bays reserved for City Car Club vehicles.
