Bristol City Council is conducting a soft market test for the supply of electronic information points for bus stops on the MetroBus routes in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Bristol envisages that the so-called iPoints will have an upper real-time information screen and a lower interactive touch-screen. Bristol envisages requiring 79 information points with an estimated contract value of £3m-£6m.
