Reduce CO2 ambitions, Tories urged

The Government should use the likely failure of the upcoming United Nations climate conference in Paris as the context for relaxing its commitment to cutting carbon dioxide emissions, a leading Conservative commentator has said.

 Writing in the Daily Telegraph, Fraser Nelson, editor of The Spectator, said the conference was likely to be a “fiasco”.
