Highways England has voiced concern about a developer’s plan to dramatically increase the density of housing on a greenfield site close to the A34 in Oxfordshire.
The Valley Park development would be built on land immediately east of the A34 trunk road about 2.5 miles from Didcot. Access to the A34 Milton Interchange would be provided at the northern end of the development.
