Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an operator for its public bike hire system in Lincoln from next April.
The ‘hirebike’ scheme was launched last August and is operated by Hourbike on an 18-month contract. The short contract length aligns with the grant funding from the DfT’s Local Sustainable Transport Fund, which must be spent by the end of March 2015.
