Westminster City Council wants Transport for London to rethink the route of the east-west cycle superhighway, amid fears the current plans will create traffic chaos in Whitehall and Parliament Square

If Boris Johnson really harbours aspirations to one day lead his party and the country then he must be hoping that Transport for London has got the  modelling of his east-west cycle superhighway plan badly wrong.
