Norfolk County Council will decide whether to proceed with plans to extend the proposed Norwich Northern Distributor Road (NDR) once the DfT’s A47 roads study is completed in December.
Norfolk is currently promoting the £148.5m dual carriageway NDR from the A47 at Postwick, to the east of Norwich, and the A1067 radial road in the north-west of the city.
