Pavement parking ban Bill delayed until New Year

A Private Members Bill that seeks to make pavement parking illegal throughout England and Wales has been delayed in the House of Commons. Pavement parking is prohibited in London, but rules vary outside the capital, where councils wanting to introduce pavement bans have to go through a consultation process.
