Leicestershire County Council has warned of a shortfall in funding for small-scale transport improvements.
In a report to councillors this week, Pete Price, Leicestershire’s assistant director of transportation, summarised the recent Local Growth Fund settlement, which saw £7.58m allocated to three of the authority’s transport projects.
