I am pleased to see that the Welsh Government and Welsh bus operators have agreed payments for the Welsh scheme going forward at a reimbursement rate of between 63% and 65% (‘Wales increases bus concession payments’ LTT 11 Jul). This is based on the much argued ‘no better, no worse’ basis.
