A majority of adults support the idea of graduated driver licences for young drivers, according to a survey for the RAC Foundation by Ipsos Mori. Just over two-thirds (68%) of the 2,010 adults quizzed said they would support graduated licensing for drivers aged 24 and under who have just passed their test. RAC Foundation director Stephen Glaister said: “The current government has repeatedly promised a green paper on young driver safety and repeatedly failed to produce it.”...
