Capita has won back the contract to manage the central London congestion charge.
The company has secured a five-year contract from Transport for London covering the day-to-day operations of the congestion charge and the capital’s Low Emission Zone, commencing in October 2015. The contract could be extended for a further five years, depending on performance.
IBM currently holds the contracts for both the congestion charge and the LEZ.
