Two councils are planning to scrap their long-standing ambitions for a new railway station between Bexhill and Hastings on the South Coast.
A station at Glyne Gap would serve the Ravenside business park alongside the A259 and has been an aspiration of East Sussex County Council and Rother District Council for years.
