Confidex has won the £400,000 job to supply contactless paper tickets on the Glasgow Subway for the Strathclyde Partnership for Transport.
The limited use ‘smart’ tickets will replace the magnetic strip tickets currently in use as an interim solution prior to the introduction of Oyster-style plastic smart cards under development.
