The DfT has announced that the draft WebTAG guidance released in May 2012 has now become definitive. The Appraisal Summary Table (2.7.2D) and the Expert Unit on Appraisal (3.2D) will also become definitive at this time, the Department says. “We have made some very minor corrections to the values in Unit 3.4.1 Tables 3 and 4,” it adds.
