Trueform Engineering, designers, manufacturers and installers of public transport system infrastructure, have been acquired by UK based private investment firm GIL Investments Ltd. GIL has added the innovative bus and rail station and terminal facilities maker to its existing portfolio of British manufacturing businesses. It has already invested in twelve businesses with combined sales of over £300m and a workforce of over 1,500 people.
