FirstGroup is redeploying its Yorkshire-based ftr articulated buses on the Leeds-Bradford service 72 corridor from October. The operator recently withdrew the vehicles from York following pressure from the city council’s Labour administration. ftr vehicles currently in use on service 4 between Pudsey-Leeds-Seacroft will also be switched to service 72, with service 4 reverting to double-deck operation.
