Yorkshire traders set up shop illegally parked car

Traders in the Yorkshire coastal town of Whitby decided to set up shop around an illegally parked car over the August bank holiday weekend.

Market Place is a pedestrian zone does not permit parking in the area. The owner of The Old Silver Grid café pays a fee to have an outdoor the dining area while other traders pay to sell their produce there on certain days.
