Kent car park developed as new homes

Medway Council’s housing company, Medway Development Company (MDC), is building 115 one and two-bedroom apartments on the former Whiffens Avenue car park. The project includes nine homes for shared ownership.

A topping out ceremony for Garrison Point took place on 28 October to mark the building reaching its highest point.
