Infrastructure services company Egis has been awarded a five-year contract to enforce the Manchester’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ). The zone is anticipated to launch on 30 May 2022 and will operate seven days a week, 24 hours a day. It will be enforced by a network of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras.
