Virgin reaps 8x profit jump from slimmed operations
TRAIN operator Virgin?Rail Group recorded and eightfold increase in profits in the year to March 1 2008, according to its annual accounts.
The company operates services via its West?Coast Trains subsidiairy on the West?Coast Main Line between London?Euston the West Midlands, North?Wales, North?West?England, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
