Richmondshire opts for coin-only P&D, for now

Eleven car parks in Richmondshire District Council are being equipped with new pay & display parking machines which will only accept coins. The machines will be coin-only after feedback from a three-month survey found that residents generally did not want to pay for their parking with a credit card at the present time.
