Metric offers solar power payment for all seasons

Nearly 200 solar-powered pay & display machines have been installed in Nottingham as part of the city’s strategy of harnessing green energy. The 195 Metric Elite terminals will result in “significant savings” to installation costs, says the council. The units replace the aging units, which were installed in the city in 2001.
