Shock! Giles Coren gives parking appeals service a good review

Giles Coren is a food critic for the national press, and occasional TV star in programmes such as Super Sizers. The son of the charming Alan Coren and brother of the smart Victoria, Giles can sometimes be a little acerbic. Witness his Times column of 21 April which was more focussed on parking than food as a consequence of his receving a penalty charge notice (PCN) after dining at the newly reopened Quo Vadis in Soho on 6 January.
